- Licensed in real estate in July, 1987
- Began my real estate career representing my husband in the sales and marketing of his Fine Custom Home division.
- In 1989. recognized as "Rookie of the Year" by Prudential
- In 1989, became a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR) Million Dollar Club
- From 1989-1992, served on the State level of the Professional Standards Committee
- In March, 1991, received GRI designation, Graduate, Realtor Institute
- In 1990-1991 Recognized by Prudential as a Million Dollar Producer
- In 1992-1996 Recognized by Prudential as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer
- In 1994, obtained Brokers License
- In 1995 was awarded the Prestigious CRS designation, Certified Residential Specialist.
- From 1994-1996, served as Board Member of the East Cooper Top Producers Club.
- In 1995, entered the CTAR Realtors Roundtable Directors Circle
- In 1996 joined Re/Max Realty Services. In 1997, was awarded membership in the Re/Max Executive Club, and in 1998, became a member of the Re/Max 100% Club of top producers.
- In 1998, studied for and achieved the Accredited Buyer Representative
(ABR) designation.
- In 2000, served as Co-chair for the Programs Committee for the Charleston
Trident Board of Realtors.
- In 2002, studied for and achieved the ePRO designation for internet marketing.
- In 2003, became broker-in-charge of Keller Williams Realty in Mt. Pleasant.
- Continue to stay at the leading edge of the industry by attending The National Association of Realtors National Convention, the Howard Brinton Annual Star Power Conference and other continuing education events held annually around the country.
- I served as President of the Multiple Listing Service of the Charleston Association of Realtors in 2008.
- I was certified as a Mediator for the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors by the National Association of Realtors in 2008.
- I currently serve on serveral community boards including the East Cooper Entrepeneurial Women
- I was instrumental in the publication of the
wildly successful Junior League of Charleston cookbook, Charleston Receipts Repeats.
- I have two married daughters, and four grand children.
- I try to work out daily.
